Emotions sell a home so creating those feelings is essential. Staging allows buyers to visualize living in the house whether the property is owner-occupied or vacant. It is getting the potential buyers to fall in love with the home and the dream, all through lifestyle merchandising. Professionally staged homes present and show better than competing houses for sale and typically sell for asking price or more. These houses spend generally 73% less time on the market! It is always recommended to spend at least 1% of your asking price in order to get your home ready for the market.

Staging consists of three steps:
2) Preparing the Home (this can be done by you or hire us on to help)
3) Showcasing the Home (we will get your home photo and open house ready so that buyers will be calling to view your property and fall in love with the home.
What Does A Consultation Package Include?
- We will come to your home and do a walk around (interior and exterior) and make suggestions on how to prepare your home for sale. We take detailed notes and will give you a package with all the details, so you can either move forward with making the suggested changes or hire us on to do the work for you.
- We will also suggest trades and provide affordable update options to get you the biggest return on your investment.
- Our consultation Fee up to 2 hours for a home under 3,000 Sq./Ft is $275.00+13%HST.
For a home over 3,000 Sq./Ft is $400.00+13%HST
For a home over 5,000 Sq./Ft is $500.00+13%HST
DESIGNING & DECORATING
Initial One Hour on site Design Consultation $ 325.00 HOUR + 13 % HST
STAGING RATES (if you hire us)
One to Two Spaces $500 + HST (one space consists any room, hall, kitchen etc.)
Three to Five Spaces $775 + HST (one space consists any room, hall, kitchen etc.)Whole Home Packages available and other Custom Packages to suit your requirements.
